A long-running family u-cut farm on Springwater Road near Estacada, growing noble, Nordmann, grand and Douglas fir from about 3 to 9 feet, with handmade greens and free cocoa and cider.
The farm lends saws and knee pads, offers a hand with cutting, and shakes and bales every tree at no charge. Trees range from tabletop height to around 9 feet, so it suits most living rooms.
Besides trees, the farm sells wreaths, door charms, swags and other holiday greens, plus rustic log reindeer and snowmen. Clean restrooms and plenty of parking are on site. Prices are not posted online, so call ahead if you want to know the cost before you go.
