Tangled Tinsel Christmas Tree Farm
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Fosterburg, Illinois · Madison County
A small family farm north of Alton with four acres of pine, spruce and fir, most of them 6 to 8 feet tall, plus pre-cut trees brought in from Michigan.
Larger cuttable trees are limited, so come early in the season if you want a tall one. After you choose, the farm shakes your tree and wraps it in netting while you warm up in the heated gift shop, where hot cocoa is free on weekends.
Santa is at the farm for free photos on the first Saturday of December, and the farm runs wreath-making parties through the season.
