Wilson Glyn Christmas Tree Farm
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Sevierville, Tennessee · Sevier County
A family Christmas tree farm on inherited land in the hills of Sevier County, between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, where you hike the rows to cut a Fraser fir, Canaan fir, Norway spruce or white pine, often to the sound of family carol singing.
Visitors are handed a bow saw, and a small sled has been offered for hauling, so you can walk the tree rows that start by the barn and run out along a trail across the property. If you would rather not cut, the family will fell the tree for you, wrap it in netting and help tie it to the car. Larger pre-cut trees have also been sold.
The farm sits higher and cooler than Pigeon Forge, so wear boots and a warm jacket. Handmade wreaths and small crafts are sold at the barn, and children can feed the sheep and goats. Trees often sell out within a few days, so check the farm's Facebook page for the day's hours before you drive out.
