Wolcyn Tree Farms & Nursery
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Cambridge, Minnesota · Isanti County
A tree farm and nursery west of Cambridge with seven kinds of fir and pine to cut, free hayrides, and hot cider, coffee and cookies served every day of the season.
Hand saws are provided at the farm, while axes and chain saws are not allowed. After you bring your tree back from the field, staff take it off the wagon, shake out loose needles and bale it for free, and they can help tie it to your car with the twine on hand. Pre-cut trees are also for sale in the barn.
The gift shop stocks Minnesota-made products along with balsam and Fraser wreaths, swags, garland and porch pots. The farm posts Santa days on Facebook. Leashed dogs are welcome, and cash, checks and most cards are accepted, but not American Express. Weekdays tend to be quieter.
