Jan's Christmas Trees
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Clear Lake, Minnesota · Sherburne County
A cut-your-own farm in Clear Lake with a wide mix of fir, pine and spruce from 6 to 18 feet, plus horse-drawn wagon rides, a blacksmith and a bonfire on event weekends.
Every tree that is ready to harvest carries a price tag in the field, so pick a tagged tree and cut it yourself. The farm also sells pre-cut trees, wreaths, garland, kissing balls and other greens in its gift store, which has an outdoor checkout window.
On event days there are horse-drawn wagon rides, kettle corn, roasted nuts, a blacksmith, a straw pile for kids and a bonfire for s'mores. Trees are not shaken or baled in very cold weather because the branches get brittle, so a mild day is a good choice if you want that service.
