A cut-your-own farm in Clio, founded by the Runyan family in 1979, with fir, spruce and pine, hayrides, a barrel-train ride, a bonfire and a Christmas shop.
Choose and cut your own tree from fields of fir, spruce and pine, or pick from the pre-cut selection. Hayrides and a barrel train add something for kids, and there is a bonfire, hot chocolate, cider and gingerbread, with occasional visits from Santa and Mrs. Claus.
The Christmas shop sells wreaths and holiday decor. The farm is at the far edge of the Detroit area, and it can close early if trees run short, so check before making the drive.
