Candy Cane Christmas Tree Farm
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Oxford, Michigan · Oakland County
A choose-and-cut farm in Oxford run by the Genovese family since 1977, with 16 acres of Fraser, concolor and Korean fir up to about 12 feet and custom wreaths made in the barn.
Saws and a cart are handed out when you arrive, and trees ready for cutting carry price tags in the field. Prices depend on height, fullness and grade, with the most premium trees around $18 a foot and many others for less. After cutting, staff clean, shake, wrap and trim the trunk, and will drill it for a pin stand at no charge.
Major credit cards are accepted, and twine is provided for tying the tree to your car. Leashed dogs are welcome. Santa and a donut truck come on the opening weekends. The farm no longer sells potted living trees.
