Showvaker's Quality Evergreens

Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Manchester, Maryland · Carroll County

A northern Carroll County farm near Manchester with nearly 50 acres of trees, eight species to cut and field trees that reach 18 feet, plus a big tent of fresh-cut trees and a weekend cafe.

Grab a saw and wagon at the start, find your tree and bring it to the baling station, where staff drill, shake and wrap it for free. Field trees are you-cut, you-move, and power saws are not allowed. Trees over 14 feet can be tagged and picked up on a weekday. Pay at the gift shop, then collect the tree at the holding rack.

Santa visits on weekends, the Wagon Wheel Cafe is open weekends, and the shop stocks wreaths, roping and tree stands. Leashed pets are welcome. Cards carry a 4% fee, and there is an ATM on site.
