A small Sebastopol farm on a quiet court off the Gravenstein countryside where you cut your own fir, pine, cypress or deodar cedar, then warm up with free home-baked cookies, cocoa and hot cider.
The fields grow Douglas fir, white fir, Nordmann fir, Scotch and Monterey pine, Monterey cypress and deodar cedar, with larger noble and Nordmann firs sold pre-cut. Trees are priced by height, and the true firs cost a bit more than the Douglas fir and pines. Handmade wreaths, garland, mistletoe and several styles of tree stand are sold on site.
The farm is open Friday through Sunday, and weekday visits can be arranged by phone or email. Well-behaved dogs on a leash are welcome and even get a treat. Cash, checks and cards are accepted. Check the farm's Facebook page on stormy days before you drive out.
