A family-run Lancaster County tree farm in Millersville since 1979, with cut-your-own fields of pine and fir, an indoor pre-cut forest, wagon rides and a fire for s'mores.
Stop at the tag booth beside the parking lot before heading into the fields, and only cut a tree that carries a price tag, since the farm fines anyone who cuts an untagged tree. Hand saws are provided and staff can cut for you; you may bring your own hand or electric saw, but no gas-powered tools.
White pine, Douglas fir, concolor, Korean and hybrid firs grow in the fields and are priced by height, while Fraser and Canaan fir come from the pre-cut selection. Leashed dogs are welcome outside the gift shop, and there is a portable restroom in the lot. Cards, Apple Pay and cash are accepted. Weekend wagon rides run when the weather allows.

- $100–$300, by size (2026). Cut-your-own: white pine $100 (6–8 ft) to $300 (12–14 ft); Douglas fir $115 (6–8 ft) or $210 (8–10 ft); concolor, Korean and hybrid firs $130 (6–8 ft) or $250 (8–10 ft). Fraser and Canaan fir are pre-cut only.
