A large family farm and garden center outside Granville with about 200 acres, where a trolley runs visitors out to fields of fir, spruce and pine and a heated lodge serves cocoa after the cut.
Timbuk sells both cut-your-own and pre-cut trees across seven species, from Scotch and white pine to Douglas, Canaan and concolor fir. The Timbuk Trolley carries visitors out to the tree fields, and trees are shaken and baled before they go home.
The holiday season doubles as a family outing: Santa and Mrs. Claus visit for free photos on many days, the lodge has a fireplace and café, and there is a petting zoo, a straw maze and a wreath-making bar. The garden center stocks poinsettias and gifts. The farm also runs pick-your-own pumpkins in the fall.
