Naughty Pine Nursery
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Dickerson, Maryland · Montgomery County
A small nursery near Dickerson with a limited, locally grown crop of Douglas fir and Norway spruce to cut yourself, plus very tall specimen trees for high ceilings and a few pre-cut Fraser and Canaan firs.
Hand saws are provided in the field. Most Douglas firs run five to eight feet and most Norway spruces five to seven feet, so plan ahead if you need something bigger: trees nine feet and up are available, but the nursery asks you to contact them first to check. Standard-size trees are baled for you, and twine is on hand for the car roof.
Prices step up by height, and payment is cash or check only. Leashed dogs are welcome as long as you clean up after them. All sales are final. Seasoned oak firewood is sold on site as well.
