A family tree farm in the Middletown valley west of Frederick, growing since 2004, with cut-your-own fields, a brightly lit pre-cut lot, a Christmas shop and fires to warm up by.
Weekends are the time to cut your own, since the fields close at five and weekday evenings are for the pre-cut lot and shop only. If you would rather not saw, pick from the fresh-cut trees on display.
The shop sells ornaments, tree stands and wreaths, and the cafe has hot cocoa, cider and cookies. Kids can try the playground and swings and see the pheasants, turkeys and chickens. The farm is closed on Mondays and Thanksgiving Day.
