Towill's Christmas Tree Farm
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Plymouth, Connecticut · Litchfield County
A small choose-and-cut farm in Plymouth, in the hills west of Bristol, growing six kinds of fir, spruce and pine and open long weekend days from Thanksgiving until the trees run out.
The farm hands out saws and will wrap your tree for the ride home. Fields hold blue spruce, white pine and Fraser, concolor, balsam and Canaan fir, so there is a good spread of needle types and shapes to compare.
This is a no-frills operation without restrooms, so plan ahead. It is open Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only and closes when sold out, so earlier weekends offer the widest choice.
