Peaceful Hill Tree Farm
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · East Hampton, Connecticut · Middlesex County
An East Hampton choose-and-cut farm on level, easy ground with a broad mix of fir, spruce and pine, plus a gift shop with a model Christmas train display and farm-made wreaths.
Saws are provided, and carts and sleds help you bring your tree in. Once cut, the farm shakes, drills and wraps it at no charge so it drops straight onto a pin-type stand, which the shop also sells. Trees over 10 feet cost a little more.
The shop carries locally handmade gifts, ornaments, quilted items, wreaths and greens, and kids get hot chocolate. Major credit cards are accepted in the shop and restrooms are available. Regular hours are weekends only, with Black Friday added.
