Hickory Ridge Tree Farm
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Coventry, Connecticut · Tolland County
A fourth-generation family tree farm in Coventry with harvest-your-own fields of fir, spruce and white pine in the 5 to 8 foot range, plus fresh boughs, swags and wreaths for the house.
Hand saws are provided, or bring your own, but chain saws are not allowed. Cars stay off the fields, so use one of the farm's carts to haul your tree back, where it can be shaken and wrapped free of charge. Plan to finish cutting before the fields close in the late afternoon.
Trees are priced individually. Cash and most credit cards are accepted, though not American Express. Leashed dogs are welcome, there is a portable toilet, and professional photo shoots are not allowed.
