Stumpf's Tree Farm
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Cedarburg, Wisconsin · Ozaukee County
A family-run cut-your-own farm two miles west of downtown Cedarburg, focused on spruces and pines at one flat price, with a heated sales barn and hot apple cider.
You get a saw and a tarp at the start and drag your tree back to the barn yourself. Trees go through a mechanical shaker, and baling and netting cost a couple of dollars extra. The fields hold Colorado blue, Black Hills, Meyer, Norway and Serbian spruce along with Scotch pine, mostly in the 6- to 7-foot range.
The heated barn sells wreaths, door swags, boughs, large tree stands and disposal bags, and hot cider is served. Bring cash or a check, since cards are not accepted, and leave the dog at home, because dogs are not allowed.
