A small family-run u-cut farm on Clear Creek Road outside Poulsbo, with about ten acres of trees, a pond and a festive setup that has made it a holiday habit for many Kitsap families.
Olmsted grows roughly 8,000 trees on ten acres, and families walk the rows to choose and cut their own. The farm is decorated for the season, with a sleigh set up for family photos next to a small pond.
Warm drinks and popcorn are on offer, and a bonfire is lit on cold days, so it is an easy place to linger after the tree is loaded. Species, prices and hours are not published online, so call or check local listings before driving out.
