Highland Plantation Christmas Tree Farm
Cut-your-own Christmas trees · Newton, New Hampshire · Rockingham County
A small family-run Christmas tree farm in Newton, in southeastern New Hampshire's Rockingham County, growing real trees since the mid-1980s and selling any size for one flat price.
The farm is listed as a choose-and-cut farm by the New Hampshire-Vermont Christmas Tree Association, and the owners post season updates on the farm website and Facebook page. It opens on weekends only, Friday through Sunday, from the day after Thanksgiving into mid-December.
Every tree costs the same regardless of height, which makes it easy to budget for a tall one. Trees cannot be tagged ahead of the season, so plan to pick and cut on the same visit, and come on an early weekend for the most choice. Call ahead if you need details on saws or payment, since the farm does not list them online.
